I will never do business with this company again! We ordered new windows for our entire house and were missing one window. Most of the windows were installed in May of 2018. The missing window was ordered and promised to be installed in August of 2018. We contacted the company and were then told it would be done in September of 2018. It is now October of 2018 and we still do not have a window and can't seem to get anyone to return a call. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service by this company. Lies, Lies, Lies!

We had a new roof installed in April, 2018. The roof looks wonderful. The installers were very polite and efficient.

This is a company I absolutely refuse to ever do business with again. They are salesmen thru and through; Story Last summer we had a roof leak in our house. I went online to HomeAdvisor in search of a contractor to do the project. Your home improvement company contacted me right away. They sent out a salesmen, boy this man could sell water to a mermaid. If you want a remodeler back to your home 7 times in less than 1 year and things still aren’t right, this is the company to call. Maybe if you’re lucky like me, the Vice President Ryan *********** will come to your home and smoke near your 8 month old on your property without permission. We had full tub and shower replacement done in our main bathroom. We were able to totally customize what we wanted done because with Your Home Improvement they make their own products to fit and to a customers specific color and design wants. Many options to choose from which was great! The product had to be made so we were given an install date about a month out. It had taken less time to get the product. I requested an estimate via Sam's Club Home Services Installation Concierge Service for a project. I was advised Brittany with Your Home Improvement Company would be contacting me to set up an appt. I was promptly contacted within 2 hours of my interaction at Sam's Club to discuss project and to schedule a time for an estimate to be done. Interactions from this point went downhill. Poor customer service , no follow up, the installation is horrible, my shower leaks the doors arent put together correctly.

The product is amazing, my family did the windows. The windows are great from what test they did, I will not get to have them installed until around may or so. The sales men that came to my house were understanding and actually too the time to talk and get to know my family other than just selling product. They were both great with my two kids.

We ordered windows from Your Home Improvement Company in August 2017. Tom Kramer sold us the windows and was very knowledgeable. He was also very helpful with financing, making it an effortless process. Once the custom ordered windows were ready, Alex and his team had all the windows installed in less than a full day! They were amazing! This is including the custom bend and molded outside trim they did on site.
