Lee arrived when he said he would and the project was completed in one day. Area was clean when he was done. We found him to be helpful and professional. the plumbers also completed their part well. Hi pressure sales tactics. When had a warrantly claim on the siding they installed got a run around. Finally had to sign a waiver of no more claims will be made to get them to fix warranty issues. Installers did not clean up. Left nails in middle of my driveway. Company exec even came by to talk to me about the issues I had and promised to get back to me about them. Still waiting 4 years later for him to contact me.

Matthew was on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Did it all in one day, kept me apprised if there was something I needed to know. The bathroom looks great. He made sure when he cleaned up made it look like he was never even there. All and all great job overall.

Jim came and did a very efficient job replacing our shower. It took 2 days due to problems scheduling a local plumber, so that was beyond their control. Overall Jim spent about 9 hours to complete the job. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. We are very pleased with our new shower. **** *

My experience with 'Your Home Improvement Company, LLC' was in my opinion a horror story. The sales representative Blake missed two scheduled appointments and was 40-minutes late for the third. Once the sales representative completed his estimate and sales pitch, I was not left with a written estimate for the work to be performed.
