Terrible customer service, hired them to do new siding with the understanding they would tear off old siding first as that is what we wanted, salesman said yes, that is the way they do it. Siders arrived and started taking off old siding, then stopped after they looked at contract, salesman didn’t put it in writing so siders would not tear off anymore siding. First price was very high ($32,500 for 38sq roof). After being laughed at by friends they lowered the price by $10,750 ($21,750). Roof installed June 2018. It took over a month to finished the roof. They have informed me they fired the crew that did the job. They are still exposed nails in the roof as well as other problems I have asked to be addressed for over a year now. I needed windows replaced in my home. Your Home Improvement Company located in Sioux Falls South Dakota called me and I set up an appointment. Brent came out and I informed him up front I was collecting bids for this job. He showed me his windows, triple paned and they appeared nice. His bid was for in excess of $23000 and in adding 2 entry doors the bid came to more than $29000.00. While he was going through his presentation I noticed they had double paned windows too. I had a great experience with Your Home Improvement Company. I contracted them to replace windows in my home and garage. Being a retiree from the construction industry I was uniquely aware of the quality of professionalism, service, and product offered. The install was fast and finished off with great trim work. My wife and I are very dissatisfied with the complete lack of professionalism and communication we received from this company. We hired them to replace our windows, a task my wife and I spent days researching. They updated us once on the status of the windows as they were being made. I have given them ample time to repair or replace a broken window that was broken last Christmas. Their customer service manager Brian from St. Cloud has been the major issue with this replacement. He would not send a person to measure the window, it was ordered two times wrong because of his poor judgment! The numbers are right, not the two times they were ordered. Dan ******and crew were very professional, would explain what they were going to do. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess.
