We love our new shower 100%. Service, Sales, Install plumber always showed up on time & always answered our calls, we could literally set our watches to what times they stated they would show up. Very clean professional & accommodating to us. Finishes product turned out beautiful. We will recommend this company to our friends & family. 5star experience!!!!!
Amazing customer service. Very patient in explaining on how the windows work and how the job was going to go. The installers were very kind and worked fast! Highly satisfied with the new windows installed in my home.

When I had them put in new windows in my house they told me that if I recommended them to someone and they made a purchase, then I would get a 1 hundred dollar visa gift card for my recommendation. 10 years later I'm still waiting for the gift card. Not only that but, they claim they don't have any record of my purchase. I still have the purchase receipts though. Stay away from these sheisters! I tried to leave a zero star review but, they wouldn't let me.

This company has not promised a date or discussed when the work will be performed; this was NEVER discussed when we handed over a $7700 check on 08/24/2021, to order supplies for the job. Had we known this company was not going to start our project until November or December of 2021, WE WOULD NEVER HAV E GIVEN THESE PEOPLE A PENNY!!! VERY ******OFF IN SILVER BAY, MN! The sales representative stayed until 8:45pm and he pressured us to go with his company for a bath to shower conversion. We changed our minds and told him no within the 3 business days ( Wisconsin WI) law and I have stage4 r cancer and they call me from a Janesville number every day harassment about the sale? . I have said not to call and they continue to call me I’m thinking I might need an Attorney for harrassment. Please advise us on this matter. Gordon & Sherri *********

We had a shower installed for $8000 with a life time guarantee it would not grow mold. We have had them out twice in less then 6 months and now we have been trying for 3 weeks to get them to come out and fix the mold again. It has been less then 8 months since they installed this and now they won't even return our calls or come out and fix it.

Your Home Improvement Company is a disgrace. We had them install Windows and Siding for a total of $30K, it's been almost 3 years, and we can not get them to fix what they've broken. They come to our house with excuse after excuse and laugh at me when I have an issue with my house looking like trash because of their work. They broke my door, refuse to fix it, they ruined my gutters, and I have to pay to get them fixed since they refuse to take responsibility.
