Was told a professional crew will show up and do a top job on two roofs I needed work. The job will be done before winter. Well none of this happened. Worst of all the salesman said the enitial price of $35,000 is only an estimate and will be adjusted at the end because of you never know what kind problems you might find when you uncover a roof. they installed a patio door and it is warped , after 2 trips here they reordered a door no will not be here for 3 months , we started contract Jan 8,2021 door will not be done until end of Sept- way to long---- also they put in a slider above sink (which my wife cannot reach) it sticks and she cannot operate so I have to open and the other day I had problems opening it, have complained to the service dept, there response it it will wear in time, I o not understand if you cannot use it....They will not return my calls now so ... read more

I just had my bathroom converted from a tub shower to a walk-in shower. My floor Needed to be replaced completely, including the subfloor. The team of Matt and Curtis were outstanding in their workmanship and meeting and solving the unexpected problems that arose in the floor replacement. Always on time and cleaning up all debris daily. The store manager in Billings, Mark, was always available for all my questions and responded immediately. Could not be more pleased with the new bath.

Not this time I have had some terrible experiences in getting home improvements done BUT NOT THIS TIME. Bath Planet sent a most competent crew to my home and in Three days time I have the exact bathroom that their representative Corey and I designed. The installers were polite and considerate and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Matt Collins, Bath Planets installer took great pains to make sure I was happy with every Step of the project and his work ethics are impeccable. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism that was displayed by the men that installed my new front door and screen door. they answered any and all questions that I had for them during the install. they protected the inside floor, which I just finished doing with hardwood flooring several weeks earlier and also the outside area too. when they finished you didn't even know they were there except for the new doors. also communication with the original salesman and others involved was good and in a time... read more
