Extremely happy with the new balcony. Project completed on time, on agreed cost. Had some minor difficulties with the metal railing but they were resolved. Project scope: take down a small balcony and replace it with a larger balcony (circa 300 sq feet). Floor of the balcony covered with travertine tile. Balcony supports made of cedar with a 36 inch footer wrapped in split face (Granada from Keystone). Stained pine ceiling with lighting and a fan. Brandon discussed the scope of the project. The addition to our outdoor space is truly amazing thanks to Your Great Outdoors. Brandon designed a beautiful covered patio and landscaped area with an incredible outdoor kitchen & bar. His team provided expertise throughout the entire process and kept us completely updated with the weekly project schedule. The quality of work is outstanding, so I would definitely recommend them for any outdoor project. We love our new patio and can't wait to enjoy it for many years.
So close to getting a five star! The design is gorgeous. Unlike building a home where everything is an "upgrade" Brandon and his team have a huge selection of stone, tile, finishes, etc...and all are priced within .75 cents of one another so NO surprises when you begin the product selections. Brandon and Renee make a great team. I hired them after recvg 3 quotes from other companies in the Katy area. Pricing was consistent with other companies, but Brandon and Renee made the difference. I felt comfortable with them. I needed a fast track job, and put a deadline on Brandon. He and his team completed it with one week to spare. The project started with a very productive consultation where Brandon listened to my ideas for the project and gave feedback and suggestions which were incorporated into the final design. Mariana kept me informed of the schedule throughout the build process and was easily reached for any questions or concerns. The final quality of work exceeded my expectations.
