The doctor was very professional he was very apologetic for being late(because he was called to the hospital). He explained everything so I could understand he answered all my questions and concerns. He made the visit very good because I was very nervous about it.
The surgeon was really good at explaining to me what was going on and what my surgery would entail. I liked him from the instant he was going over things.

I have been a patient with him since 2019. After surgery and and auto accident he referred me to pain management Dr. When that Dr moved. I requested an appointment for a second opinion from a trusted friend and Dr Ugokwe.
He was very thorough, answered my questions and explained why surgery and spinal cord stimulator would not help me because of the location of my pain. He did give me some suggestions to take back to the doctor that referred me.
The doctor was very good. He explained everything to me.
Dr. Ugokwe has fought for me to get what I needed. He's a caring doctor who actually listens to what you're saying. I'm very grateful for having him take care of my physical issues.

The doctor was unbelievably kind and explained the MRI findings like I have never heard things explained by any other doctor. I never felt rushed and he made sure all my questions were answered. Plus, he has a great sense of humor
