So glad that I ran across Dr. Youngberg's message and his book. My husband and I started a lifestyle and diet change last October based on his book Goodbye diabetes and were successful in decreasing our blood sugars, blood cholesterol and weight but have kind of migrated off our path. This series is just what I needed to get me back on the path. Thank you Dr. Youngberg for this FREE information that is so desperately need in todays world. I hope that this message can help me to be a change agent in my sphere of influence.
