I recently bought my 2007 Buick Lucerne from Young Buick and I love this car. The experience was outright calm and relaxed. Curtis and Jenn helped me with all my questions, and made sure I wasnt being pressured into my purchase. However most of the staff didnt seem to care about some concerns ive had with the car now, and there were misunderstandings about the entire warranty.
I seriously can't even say how much i love this place! I now have an amazing car that I am so in love with because these guys took the time to go over all my want and needs in a car! Jenn got the apts all set up for me to come in and start test driving. She knew her stuff and I felt very confident in her input. Worst sales service I have ever had from this dealership. I will make sure that I let the men and women at the base know not to give your company their hard earned money seeing how your company's service is just poor. You need people who actually care and not try to steal from your customers.
