Just got a car yesterday, I sent them a cancel on the service contract this morning, per company instructions, lot of bad reviews on the service contract, most I ever saw, and I've had service contracts before, pressured into buying. As far as Young Buick GMC, (for own my experience ) lot of misrepresentations, will be checking these people out in the coming days, they have my curiosity up , learned from where I used to work. I don't know how I will rate these, we will see.

I've not been a customer, but last Friday during our snow storm, my literally new car tire went flat as I was driving home from work at 4:30p. I limped my car into the GMC dealership and was met by very sympathetic staff and a service dept that was eager to help me! They offered to repair my flat for free (it was damaged, unfixable and supposedly under warranty to Discount Tires down the street) so they put on my spare for free, within 10 minutes, and sent me on my way to Discount Tire.
