Just purchased my 3rd car from them. The last two were great experiences but this last car was not. After having the car for 6 days the rear brake lights went out. After 2 weeks found out that the rear cup holders were broken and the front cup holders were missing a part that holds the cups in place. After 15 days found a piece of tin held up by a piece of string that was causing a loud rattling noise. Dishonest and in need of customer service training and education. And beware of their coupons. They tack on hidden parts and fees without customer consent. Very disappointing. I left in tears, feeling taken advantage of. I wonder if they would have treated my husband the same way?
my self and my son have bought three cars here in the past year. The service from everyone from the salesman Greg Blue all the way up to the finance manager to the service department has been nothing less than excellent. Every time you walk through the door you are greeted with a handshake from every employee you pass by. I will never go to another dealership. The ladies and men here are outstanding, give them a chance you will be glad you did. Great job and thanks
Such a fun event! Made my kids weekend to get a free book signed by the author, meet the Easter bunny, all sorts of fun art, and even get their face painted!
The WORST. Car dealer in Utah, possibly the United States. They will sell you a car with a bucket load of hidden problems, then refuse to do anything about it except offer to take it back in trade at a $4000 loss to you after only 3 months. Then when you ask to be removed from their mailing list, they simply ignore your request and continue sending you mailers.
Thank you Young Buick GMC!! I locked my only set of keys in my car and I was able to call them and they are cutting me a new one. Not only that, it is being delivered to me at work. You guys rock!!
Not only did I get a very fair price when I bought my car, the service team was so helpful and went above and beyond to help when I needed it. Thank you for being a dealership that is there for your customers even after the sale is completed.
I love this place!! We were never pressured to buy anything we weren't comfortable with. The customer service was amazing and we love our new car.
If you are ever in the market to buy a car this is the place the customer service was amazing and they bent over backwards to get us in the car we wanted and not the car they thought was best for us!!!! :-) I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUNG BUICK GMC!!!!
