Purchasing my vehicle through Young Buick seemed great at first .. but after purchasing my vehicle I have regretted it. It’s been a Month since I purchased my vehicle and I still haven’t received my documentation and can’t register my car. (Purchased online) they don’t care to follow up or keep me updated. I have to constantly call and check the status of my paperwork and still can’t get a clear answer. They keep information away from me and don’t seem to care for the customer after the sale is locked in. Terrible dealership... read more
