Our 9 year old just opened an account and the staff was phenomenal! They explained the history of the bank, how the bank works and how to manage his account. I'm so glad that he can begin his road to good financial decisions in a very real way! Thank you!
Customer service is excellent- they are so patient and friendly in dealing with the kids. I think it's such a great forum for young kids to learn about the basics of finance and savings.
