The staff and trainers are very professional, and friendly! They make an extra effort to be helpful and answer any questions, as well as address any concerns. Is it also nice to know that they have cleaning supplies and sanitizer available all around the club for members to use to sanitize for themselves and for the equipment. It's cool to see the staff making it a point to vacuum the whole club during the day, and even lift up equipment to clean under! When i go into the club, I feel safe, see cleanliness, and know I'm welcome and even wanted, like they want the best for me as much (if not more sometimes) as I do...like they truly care. Those are really nice feelings to have everyday I walk through those doors!
