The receptionists are so terrible there. If they are not messing up your appointments, they are just so rude. They need customer service training. I hate when people of color think that it is okay for them to act unprofessional and say that it is a culture thing. I love my doctor but because of the scheduling and the terrible front desk people, I am looking for a new primary care physician who I have been going to for over 15 years. They are really bad.
