RecommendedVery clean place and a very friendly staff
I just joined a month ago and loving it, staff is friendly when you walk in the door, facility is clean, the variety of equipment is fantastic and the group classes are amazing and challenging. the coaches for the group classes are very upbeat and motivating, helpful as well. if you walk in not feeling very motivated, trust me, you will walk out feeling great and accomplished. I especially enjoy meeting new workout buddies, every person there is there for a reason, and in group classes we work as a team and it getter done.

I’ve been at this gym for a year now (whenever I can go, that is!), and they are VERY affordable, have AMAZING classes, INSPIRING instructors, and GREAT perks! Their HydroMassage is SO relaxing after a hard workout, bringing a guest is awesome, and their daily/monthly events are great too. However, the one aspect I enjoy the most is their Crunch Kids Room, and my son LOVES going!
