I have been in many fitness facilities in the past 30 years. Crunch has a vibe of positivity, cleanliness, and caring. I have been a member for more than a year and have never regretted joining once! The staff is outstanding and classes are challenging yet fun. Highly recommend.

What makes this gym great is the staff. From the friendly greetings I get every day to the awesome class instructors - it’s a wonderful place to work out. Shannon, Carrie M and Caroline and the best instructors- they really push you to get the most out of your time there. ❤️
