This company does a horrific job managing properties. They’re slumlord bullies and will tell you anything you want to hear. Including leasing a unit that has the AC unit on the roof, which you can’t actually to a walk through or have your own HVAC company inspect it before signing the lease because if you or the technician fall or get hurt, they know they’re liable! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Keith Ashton at Emerald Plantation for the past 13 years. He has always been fast, efficient, professional and does the job of an entire crew.
I am writing this because it is the only way to get a response from York Properties. Our property manager will not answer phone calls or return messages. Here are 3 interactions I have had with York since moving to the Village District. 1. Most recently (12/2/24) my car was towed because they were doing tree removal in the area. NO notice was given to the tenant or the landlord about the tree removal.
