The first time I went to YOP salon, I was quoted $60 for hollywood waves hairstyle after sending reference photos in advance and confirming with Jony Bustamente that he could do the look. Instead, he had the hair washer do my hair and after she styled me, my brand-new extensions (used only once prior) were burned and destroyed beyond repair, the hairstyle requested was not completed, and the back of my hair was left in a tangled, matted mess.
