Seriously, the property management is awful; they never pick up the phone! I've been calling since 11:30 am until 1:15 pm with no answer. Can you believe it? What if there was a real emergency?!

Fails to provide operating expense account documents after numerous requests by email and USPO certified return receipt 3. Encourages special assessment monies to be transferred to operating expense account 4. Does not teach BOD the proper way to operate a building. 5.
