Today I called the office to reschedule my appointment, which should have been a simple phone call. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. When I first called, the staff member spoke unclearly, and I couldn’t understand what was being said. I politely explained that I needed to reschedule my appointment. Worst practice. Dr. Wang only prescribed some Tylenol (OTC) for my 103 degree fever, which I already had at home. Told me to "go to the hospital" if fever persist. Very irresponsable clinic, DO NOT GO.

Bad service and bad experience when I walked! I suppose to have my Physical Examination but the man assistant with bad attitude doesn’t allow me do the Physical Examination, and doesn’t tell me the reason why I guess the reason was that I called my insurance company said on X day in my record i didn’t stop by doc office to get examination, the man assistant did show me client list I did come that day!
