My five year old son had a dentist appointment this afternoon at 4 PM. We arrived 30 minutes early and they were able to get him in early. In addition to accommodating us and getting him in early, it only took 15 minutes! The entire staff at Yale Pediatric Dentistry is friendly and always gives us a pleasant experience! First the process for the patients protection during Covid was outstanding. Thank you all one hundred times over for the care and concern for the patients safety. The staff from greeting to checkout were all warm and friendly. They made my 6 year old feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr.Yale prior to the procedure came to introduce himself to me and go over the process as well as any questions I may have had before hand. Everyone in the office is so caring, and delightful. They really care about their patients and go the extra mile to ensure they are well! Glad to make them our dentist home!
Dr. Yale and his team are great. My son just had to have a special “shark” tooth removed and when I say I have never seen more gentle, caring and passionate team I mean it. He explained everything he was doing. My child took it like a champ. His assistant was gentle and explained everything when he got sick off the “juice”. I am so glad I made the switch. Definitely in time to have his teeth done. I highly recommend them. Great team from the front end to the back. ❤️❤️
my son had dental work done here and was very comfortable with the staff and dentist. he was a champ not shedding any tears or having any complaints. about a year and a half ago I went through some serious legal/personal problems with his dad. a protection order was issued and i had a newborn at the time making me a single mother of 4 kids ages 6 and under. i missed a scheduled appointment 4 times in this unfortunate time. they told me he could no longer be seen and since he still needed work done i found another dentist. he... read more
