I think it is wrong for a place that deals with kids not to understand that stuff happens and sometimes, you just can't call in to make a cancellation. So shame on y'all for kicking my grandbabies out.
I've always thought this place was a good fit for my family, til my kids were kicked out from being sick to make an appointment twice in 2 years! 1st time I called 2 days before to cancel and said I would rescheduled later. A whole year passes by with them being seen 2 more times with no problems. Then this last time, my cable company had our internet down for 2 days and I couldn't call to tell them my kids were sick. RecommendedBest dentist and staff around. Super clean and updated. The waiting room is a fun and inviting place for kids as is the rest of the office! My three year old was very nervous for her dentist visit but upon arrival her nerves were calmed by a friendly fun environment and patient staff members who made her feel comfortable with each step. Dr.Katy and the rest of the staff at Yale Pediatric are awesome. My little one was terrified of the dentist until Dr.Katy came along. Not only is she not scared,she looks forward to going to the dentist.
Hands down the greatest pediatric dentist! Always have the best experience and they genuinely care for their patients! My Ainsley Claire looks forward to going each time we have a visit!
Great people there very nice, and they sit and explain everything and walk u thru everything that will happen. I would recommend people with kid(s) to them.
They are always friendly and amazing with my kids, especially my child who is on the autism spectrum and hates being touched and hates even brushing his teeth!
They are truly amazing. I brought my 3 yr old and 1 yr old for the first time and the kids loved it. I admit I even enjoyed the paintings and all the creative stuff they have for the kids to make them comfortable. My 3 yr old even let them clean her teeth and floss. They are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
