Always a great experience. So nice and sweet.
After a few horrible experiences with my kids at another dentist (they actually put my 8 year old daughter in a restraining vest leaving all of us crying and completely distraught, even my younger son was crying for my daughter) we found Yale. Everybody over there is polite, kind and great with kids; it was the best move ever. My children are not afraid to go to the dentist anymore!
I needed to see if they were in network and it was just “so much work” for the front desk ladies. So we will be taking our children elsewhere.
Love the place. Found out they are dropping our insurance which all teachers have. Stupid on the hunt for another dentist for our children. They loved it there.
