I went there complaining of chest pain. After many tests I was told I was being admitted. I was in the emergency room for about 5 or 6 hours. I told my family to go home cause I was being admitted. After they left the nurse comes in after a hour and said we are sending you home. Unvelievable
My wife was admitted there for a heart issue. They took awesome care of her. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I love Yale
Surgeons, ER staff, ICU staff & now our new floor staff in South Pavilion 6-4 are the best. They really are raking GREAT care of my mom. Thanks everyone for being so caring with her and her large family

You have no respect for any one your customer care sucks your doctors and nurses sucks and the would help a violent gang banger or some one that seeks no English better then a some one who was born here AL the hospital cares about is the money I will never come back there again and I will be telling my political leaders about how I was treated and the news so hood luck to you
I brought in my 90 year old Mother at 9:00 am.She did not get a room until midnight. Not only that when one of the nurses came in and we asked her why she was not hooked up to the blood pressure machine no Dr. told her she was supposed to be...... But she was...Lack of communication between Dr. & Nurses..I found nurse Karen to go above & beyond for my mother....As for all else they were clueless and disconcerting for my mother's care....
