One of the best hospital in Connecticut. Outstanding staff and doctors. Doctor Bonde is one of those heart doctors you can really put your trust I. Him and his whole team. Thank you all for the support you gave my family and the surgery you did on my brother,Godbless you all.
This was the best hospital I ever went to they were packed but I didn't have to wait that long
Your "receptionists/nurses" at the Yale campus ED when you check in need to take their customer service class again. We were never so mortified as to the way they treated us. My husband now needs surgery and they had the audacity to smirk, roll eyes and be condescending when we told them he was there (per request of his MD) for a back injury. The weight was super long 5:45 pm -3:00am and got seen @1. Good thing i wasnt dying, geez. But i still had something wrong and they acted like nothing was wrong. Going to get a second opinion tues.
Jan 11, 2017 I think it's horrible to have a over 3 hour wait to be seen with stomach issues and a fever to sit around and contaminate every person that is there with there older parent. Terrible. Great staff and very patient staff just horrible turn around time.
This will be my first child and I can't even videotape my baby's ultrasound I seen plenty of people on YouTube making memories of their child's ultrasound and you have a policy where you can't video tape my first baby. My brother-in-law just had a child last year 2016 he videotaped his ultrasound just fine even the nurse noticed that he was videotaping nothing was said.
OMG! The entire team from the time I walked into the door, (drove up to valet parking) I was taken aback & felt at ease because they are all about safety & quality satisfactory care. The entire process was smooth & did not take long at all. Thorough patient education & explanation of everything that they were doing while they were doing it or even before it was done. Highly competent staff. They took great pride in caring for all of my needs‼️
