They treated me great and really took good care of me my only complaint is that the muffin they gave me after surgery damn near made me a diabetic

The Staff are all great, this past visit just took a little long for me. I do like Yale more then the rest of the hospitals in my area
Amazing doctors, nurses and staff. Professional and polite. My only complaint was sharing room with others patients high volume TV and chewing ice or something late at night. That was so annoying. Paying so much money for my medical insure hope will give me the right to be alone in a room.
Really like how they treated me yesterday on my surgery very kind and very caring and checking if I needed anything and how was I feeling I have been coming to this hospital since I was a little girl and all of my 3 kids wear born here to I have no complains.
They need to give you a GPS so you know where to go! First time there! Give me Saint Raphael's any day !!!!
The staff was nice and great bedside manors. However, the wait there is too long! Takes hours to have any tests done and then just as long for the results.
Went for an MRI with sedation yesterday. I was kept waiting over 3 hours, sent home with no discharge instructions. Every aspect of this procedure and visit was deplorable. No communication, no compassion, treated inhumanely. Was barely awake from anesthesia and yet they had me up and out!!
Even after having appointment you still have hours to wait �
