Xtreme Care is always flexible with my schedule. They always have cases available so I never have to worry if something happens with my client, I can't pick up another case immediately. The staff is always friendly, helpful and available, especially my coordinator, Michelle Torres. Shes always there, and always available. She does everything to ensure that her Aids and Client's needs are met and everyone is happy

벌써 일주일이 된네요 가족 간병에서 일반으로 바꿔는데 궁금한게 있어 조카가 준 번호로 전화 했던니 메세지만 돌아가고 그래서 전화 3번 안내로 연결이 돼서 말 한마디 하는도중에 차단 되더라구요 너무 바빠서 그렇다고~ 코디 한테 오늘 중으로 콜백 하기로 하고 기다렸는데 여지것 아무런 답이 없어요 그리 정신없이 바쁘면 인력을 보충 해야 하지않을까요??? 참고로 이 문제가 있기전에 조카가 전화와서 왜 전화 안받냐고 코디가 몇번 했다면서 화을 내더라고요 하지만 오질 않았어요 너 와서 내 전화기 확인 해보라고~~ 이 회사 그리 좋지않은건 익히 알고 있었지만 시정 할건 하고 넘어가야 할듯____
