Wanted to cancel my personal training after paying for it upfront and now in a battle with XSport to get my money back, even though I haven't used 1 PT session. So because I don't want to train with people who I don't feel comfortable with, you'll just keep my money 👍

RecommendedThe gym is cool. I have a membership at another gym as well, but you cant beat the off hours (24) that Xsport provides. I'm not sure what people are complaining about -- it's a standard gym with weights, cardio machines and classes. They are generally all the same. It is cool -- nothing spectacular -- but definitely meets my needs.

I think I may need to plan on getting my lawyer involved seeing as how nobody is able to help me. I’ve contacted the gym by phone three times. I emailed your Facebook and now I’m emailing your Instagram. If I deal with this situation a final time in person at the gym I know Pete will just speak to me in a rude and unprofessional way again.

How can you not give towels to members anymore? That is not ok and I will not be returning to the state street location, and the staff is not the best either. What happened to being nice and friendly while at work. I Loved 8th and state but I will not be going back ever again, sad to be honest but guess they just stopped caring.
Worst gym in th south loop. They got rid of towel service which I pay for. The gym is always filthy. The person working the protein bar is also taking money and keys to check people in AT THE SAME TIME! EEEEEEWWW!!! The “trainers” are rude AF. The manager is an absolute jerk to people. On top of all that, the equipment is not even set up in rows! I’ve never been to a worse run gym anywhere.
Good place to workout and sweat
The service there... is... TERRIBLE! They're not having towels anymore, so I had to use paper towels to dry. Then it ends up on dirty floors to dry. Now, over $$$ for 2-year membership is wasted after 24 hours! #outrageous #XFailFitness
