This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this specific Location. XSport isn’t trying to win any awards for their customer service nor are they afraid to be combative with a customer. Nick at the front desk was prepared to fight me. When asked to speak to the manager I was told to leave. When I demanded to speak to the manager I was told to leave again. If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I begin, first and foremost the customer service is absolutely horrible here. Nermeen is literally a joke of a general manager. I sent a lead to sign up for this gym and received a text from chris the 'sales manager'. Gave me all the info and I specifically said I didn't want to join because he kept changing the information he originally gave. Mind you. I could only choose recommend or not. not entirely saying no. staff is great when you are paying for personal training, spa services. I don't do that anymore and come for group fitness classes which the front desk could care less about. instructor doesn't show up? they don't inform the members , let alone even know that class is not going on. There needs to be a better system. On a positive note, the child care area staff (mainly Maria) is fantastic!!
Recommendedpretty good gym, just got some new equipment. it DOES get really crowded during peak hours. keep that in mind. I love that they have turf and a speed sled there. I just wish they had the harness to pull the sled also

Visiting with a 7 day pass, got a call & signed up. Experience great until my encounter with the sales rep Jose this morning. He was not pleasant at all, and instead of helping me he decided to walk away. In sales you need to have people skills, and thanks to Jose I’m very hesitant In going back. Did report to management, no one should have an unpleasant experience especially as a new client.
