It NEVER fails for the SAME chick who works front desk to do her job. Every single time I walk in she’s having a conversation, looks at me then continues her conversation. I’m waiting patiently to scan my tag and if I walk away they say something. Might as well leave the scanner out so y’all don’t have to do your job because clearly you don’t like to. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I signed up for a 2 year membership and was told it was “cancelled” after 1 year. When I called a year ago, a kid answered and said it’s “cancelled” and the only way I can come back is if I pay for a “3rd” year. They are refusing to give me the full 365 days that I’m entitled to. Just got off the phone with “customer service” and the manager from the Massapequa location, Nermeen Azab, never documented my file stating that my second 365 would start at the end of March of this year... read more

They have discontinued the towel service claiming they are going green. I believe a towel is a necessity at a gym and specially if your membership is in the $40 range. I notice many members reconsidering staying at Xsport after this new policy. I definitely will be seeing my options in the next few days.
