RecommendedSteven K is THE BEST fitness instructor I've EVER met!! He brings it every time, and like other instructors, he cares about his members!! I really enjoy taking his classes because they are hard, but fun at the same time. One time he had us sprint every 30 seconds. it was such a fun workout!! I wish he can come on at night or later in the morning, but I know he has other obligations. If you're looking for a great class and you're an early riser, Steven is where you should be!!
RecommendedMaria Mason is an amazing instructor! She is the reason I tried Xsport and the reason I remain a member. With her and another instructors help I lost my first 65 pounds. I am down 100 pounds and kept it off in large part to their classes. I cannot say enough good things about Maria Mason and am so happy in January she is starting a second class there!!!!!!!!!
RecommendedThis was my first time there. I actually enjoy this one over the one I normally go to. It smaller, there isn't two floors, everything is right there.
