This is a good gym, staff is nice and friendly and helpful if member needs assistance. This is fitness establishment to help members better themselves physically and mentally. It's not a magical gym that once you walk through the door you look & feel better but it is A well ran fitness establishment. It is all up to the members to use the tools offered to make themselves look & feel better.
