I have always found the gym clean. Staff smiles when I walk in door. I don't use the weights that need to be racked they are always loaded up and the gym users never put them away. The staff would need to be constantly re racking or pestering the clients. There is enough of other types of machines and free weights to use anyway. The bathrooms are clean. I don't use shower. The pool was clean the few times I used it. The WiFi hasn't worked in the last few months that would be my only complaint. I go early and late but not eve... read more
Pros: hrs, sauna, cardio deck, towels & parking. Cons: extra contract fees, difficulty canceling, rude staff, disorganized (weights everywhere) & crowded. Def not a Bev Francis
