The worst, I ignored the bad reviews when I first joined and I regret it immensely. Join a different gym. Definitely don’t give them your debt or credit card information. The best advice someone gave me was to buy a prepaid Visa card and use that to pay for the membership. Because when you need to cancel (moving, lost your job, just don’t go to the gym anymore). Paid for a two membership upfront in January right before the COVID lockdowns. I cancelled my membership during the lockdowns (the gym was obviously closed) and tried to get a refund but the staff has told me in order to do so I must call the corporate number. I have called no less than five time over the last month and cannot get a response (emailed multiple times with no response too). The customer service from the M.O.D is very bad.
Their Covid reopening strategy is to block off the majority of the equipment in addition to the pleasure of working out in a mask. They are still charging full price for a diminished product, oh and the money they stole from their customers during the shutdown. Zero stars
