How can you not give towels to members anymore? That is not ok and I will not be returning to the state street location, and the staff is not the best either. What happened to being nice and friendly while at work. I Loved 8th and state but I will not be going back ever again, sad to be honest but guess they just stopped caring.
Worst gym in th south loop. They got rid of towel service which I pay for. The gym is always filthy. The person working the protein bar is also taking money and keys to check people in AT THE SAME TIME! EEEEEEWWW!!! The “trainers” are rude AF. The manager is an absolute jerk to people. On top of all that, the equipment is not even set up in rows! I’ve never been to a worse run gym anywhere.
The service there... is... TERRIBLE! They're not having towels anymore, so I had to use paper towels to dry. Then it ends up on dirty floors to dry. Now, over $$$ for 2-year membership is wasted after 24 hours! #outrageous #XFailFitness

I like it I love it. I enjoy hitting the machines then relaxing in the sauna. Very accessible location has the most amenities.

I really hate the parking situation. For serious fitness members which XSport promotes it supports, even an average member does an hour workout followed by an hour of cardio. So unless you come in dressed, race to finish, don’t wipe down machines and race out without changing clothes you are paying $8 everyday. Some days it takes 10mins just to checkin and get your parking validated. Needless to say, short of special events or even weekends which I understand, the 2hr + 15min grace period isn’t enough.
