A COVID nightmare! Today there were three employees hanging out behind the front counter but I did not see a single one walking around telling customers to respect social distancing and/or wear their mask appropriately. Many of the customers wear their mask halfway down their face, not covering their nose, some with their mask halfway covering their mouth, and many take their mask off completely to do their sets! Would not recommend for those trying to avoid getting sick. Truly a high-risk environment.
worst location in Chicago Belmont and Central, it really wasn't no reason to even open. the butterfly and leg press machines are disabled and lock with heavy-duty cable ties. Hardly any disinfectant spray bottles around. Planet Fitness provide each member their own personal disinfectant spray bottle. the place is filthy. even the lockers are unavailable you have no place to put your belongings.
RecommendedI come very early morning before work 3-4 a.m. The young man on duty is always very kind and courteous. Plenty of free weights and machines and cardio equipment!

Very very Bad experience. Will not recommend anyone to use the Naperville branch. 1. Sales team hid price details, misguided us and were rude 2. Customer service was very bad, there was no help at any level 3. The Customer care phone number is useless, keep you waiting for hours and still don't help There is no transparency and sales rep and customer service reps are very rude and not helpful. I have never experienced such a bad service ever. Highly disappointed.
