estoy decepciónada te dicen una tarifa al mes y el primer mes me sacaron 100 dólares de lo cual solo eran 49 dólares y siempre sacan de más y cuando ablas para pedir información sobre lo que sacaron de más nunca hay una persona que able español no lo recomiendo

I just came to the Alexandria xsport at 8 pm with my freind to check the place out for free 7 days pass, we filled the papers and everything there was a while guy who was very rude and unprofessional he told us we could not go in even if the pass says until 9 pm. I was hoping to see what's the place like but just from their costumer service and this first impression and interaction I got...he refused to give us his name or call a supervisor. You just lost two members and their friends. I hope you value your next customers.
Unlike previous staffs, this new staffs only care about getting their money and taking yours. The atmosphere is at its worse. The music is terrible. If I wanted to hear house music I would go to some dance bar. This is a gym and I don’t need to hear fists pumping music. Majority of the equipments needs to be update. The current equipments need to be fix (treadmill, flat bench, etc). There is always something that needs fixing. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this specific Location. XSport isn’t trying to win any awards for their customer service nor are they afraid to be combative with a customer. Nick at the front desk was prepared to fight me. When asked to speak to the manager I was told to leave. When I demanded to speak to the manager I was told to leave again. My membership was cancelled due to overcrowding and unknowledgeable employees (I paid for tanning, yet NO employee could ever set it up!) Upon asking how I cancel, the employee says, "Giving up already?" SERIOUSLY? NO, it's due to THAT right there. Rude, incompetent employees.
RecommendedIt’s a great gym, a little crowded before 10 pm but I enjoy it. Open 24 hours a day and a great variety of weights and machines. Staff are always nice and say hi, always feel welcome.
