I could only choose recommend or not. not entirely saying no. staff is great when you are paying for personal training, spa services. I don't do that anymore and come for group fitness classes which the front desk could care less about. instructor doesn't show up? they don't inform the members , let alone even know that class is not going on. There needs to be a better system. On a positive note, the child care area staff (mainly Maria) is fantastic!!
Their front desk staff sucks
Because of the way the team up front when you enter they treat your guests so very disrespectful they did it to me numbers of times with my son who has bipolar he’s very laid-back very quiet the manager told him don’t even touch the iPad he was just putting his hand because he was waiting on someone to come and sign him in,and then after that they continue to make us feel like we’re being discriminated against it is a shame I am a homeowner in the neighborhood I made it a close family place for us the treatment was not nice ... read more

Recommendedpretty good gym, just got some new equipment. it DOES get really crowded during peak hours. keep that in mind. I love that they have turf and a speed sled there. I just wish they had the harness to pull the sled also

I have no problem with the gym however the staff at the spa are awful! Every time I go there it’s an issue. From spa services not working that I pay a lot of money for until today when I made an appt for 7 for a wax and the girl tells me sorry your appt was at 6 I told you the girl leaves at 7. The girl was still there and said she wasn’t staying. I rescheduled another appt to come to this one. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Always an issue when I go there.
Hidden fees, beware. Just to sign in they charge $50 fee, and there is a cancellation fee or as they refer it as "annual fee" they charge you again $50 fee even if you trained there for 1 month. so 3 months membership with them costs me $230 and their adverds are saying otherwise.
