Visiting with a 7 day pass, got a call & signed up. Experience great until my encounter with the sales rep Jose this morning. He was not pleasant at all, and instead of helping me he decided to walk away. In sales you need to have people skills, and thanks to Jose I’m very hesitant In going back. Did report to management, no one should have an unpleasant experience especially as a new client.
Employees suck. I don’t recommend them if you like to bring a guest.
There very push when using their training session . The package for the training session are Pretty expensive. When I wanted change my Trainer the new trainer didn’t want to train me bc I was not Committed to buy more sessions .
RecommendedPpl always find something to complain about. My trainer “Jack” is the best “Nermeen” she’s fabulous. They took their time with me and developed an awesome workout/meal plan well lifestyle change for me. 10 stars. The spa 10 stars. Love this place

RecommendedI work for Xsport ...so I might be a lil biased, however this location is clean, well equipped, and the new SPINNERS in the cycle studio are awesome. I hope to sub more RIDE classes here in the future ( right now catch me 3x a week at Lyons). Ohh, the Spa at Pipers is top notch also !!!
