Bathrooms didn’t work. The janitor was really rude.. From the female “trainer “to the janitor.
What’s the point in being a premium member if you can’t even bring a guest to all locations.... could someone please explain the logic behind that.... and it’s at a location with horrible locker rooms (everything has a lock on it and they are all broken) Place is dirty Weights are all over the place And you want to charge me another $20 on top of the $50 i pay monthly to bring a friend to a shitty gym... no thanks...
Went as a guest with my best friend. We were about to check it and a worker asks if we are going to use the pool that it was an extra fee. We are like that’s fine we don’t mind paying because she said they will be checking and they have the right to kick us out. I hand her my ID. She’s been talking to my best friend in English, then she started asking me questions, all in Spanish, I’m like alright maybe she’s being mindful. Best gym ever good equipment and very nice people !!
Atmosphere is a bit humid, very busy, weights taste good, compliments to the chef.
Witnessed a parked car get hit in your parking lot. Got the plate of offender that left. Your staff at the front desk did nothing to help the victim. Offender drives Gray Chevy Malibu (N799857)
