This place is so awful & gave me so much anxiety that I couldn't focus on working out. There's no space to do anything because ppl & equipment are all on top of each other. It's dirty & worn down. I never expected to walk in see all that crap! It's like an exercise depot upchucked every piece of equipment they have into this cramped space. You can't find anything & it's very unorganized. Been going to this Xsport for 3 years now. Recently they started disassembling machines and remodeling. I was excited thinking there’d be new machines and improved layout to what is fundamentally a really cramped and small city gym on top of a Panera. Went in yesterday to find they had just moved all the machines even CLOSER together so they could squeeze room for a turf strip wtf??? Is this really a thing now? They recently took 1/3 of the space (of an already super over crowded gym) and put down Astro turf for CrossFit training. Where did they move the equipment that they removed? Oh well just stack machines on top of other machines so ppl can’t move and just get rid of the ones we don’t think ppl use ��. They could have gotten ride of their out dated elliptical machines and put the football field downstairs and nobody would have cared. Pool area is always dirty, pools are filthy, need to update weight machines upstairs are outdated.
My friend and I both loved everything about this location! We will def be coming back again!!!
Horrible people skills and customer service and the manager no where to be found asked to speak with him he told one of the employees to say he stepped out and to act as manager. What a shame.

Daycare should actually pay attention to the kids instead of doing hair! Allowing the kids to jump over chairs is acceptable. Many injuries can happen. Also the doors in the parking lot should have windows on the doors as my son almost got knocked out by someone! (I teach my son to be a gentleman so opening the doors is his thing)
