I've been to several xsport gyms. This is probably my second favorite one. (Brickyard xsport is my favorite.) This gym has everything you need to get a good workout. Tons of cardio machines. Good sized free weight room. I went on a weekday at 2 pm and it wasn't too crowded. The only thing I noticed was that the machines & benches were too close together. Not a big deal.
Good place. Good equipment. Staff is nice. Sometimes, it feels like the inmates are running the asylum. By that I mean, members are literally eating food upstairs, in the weight lifting area while the staff walks by and seems to turn a blind eye. Bluetooth speakers are a new thing, apparently. During my workout, there were literally 3 different speakers. Nothing that will kill my work out, but just obnoxious. Guess I could just go to other locations. This one is just the closest to me. Other than that, it's a great spot.
I had to cancel my membership and was charged 2 months after I canceled. I got in contact with corporate (I can't remember the guy's name) and they were so helpful. They immediately resolved the issue and refunded me my money. Extremely happy with their customer service! Would definitely recommend xsport to others!
Never would I have thought that cancelling an Xsport member because I moved would be a huge hassle. I have called representatives about information, waiting for 15 mins or longer each time, and inquiring different information from different reps each time just to be charged 2 months and a maintenance fee so far. I was there yesterday and ask one of the guy there to help me how to use one of the machin for walk and he don't know how to used and let me there by my self 😡I go stray to the shower and live from there so mad , is my second time this happen to me in arown
The pool and jacuzzi alone is why it gets 4 stars, plus the cleanliness of the facility overall. I base my ratings on my experience to get in, get what I need done and what I am actually paying for. This my new favorite location.
I love it , I fight with my weight but never give up only cause the Zumba trainer Jessie Sanchez has so much energy, excitement her smile her motivation makes me keep coming back ever year, as tired as I am from working a midshift, I force myself to make it to her class iam so happy that xsport has her there for Zumba, she truly is why I still have my membership
I came in to cancel my & my husband's memberships on 5/23, was assured my membership was cancelled, and then I was charged $70 for me and my husband's memberships for the month of June. I came in on 5/24 for a refund, and the GM, Billy, initiated one for me. He promised that the money would be back in my account by Friday, 5/26. It has not been refunded. Is overcrowded and the men's restroom only has four stalls so do the math. Other than that is alright.
