You will have your stuff stolen from this location. I had my locker broken in to twice within a month. First time they got my wallet, second time they got my keys. Nothing was done about it by corporate. I will never use this gym again.
I like this gym better than any other XSport Fitness. The employees want you to lose weight and make sure that you are motivated. The cleaning staff is great also. They make sure the ladies locker room is always clean. I enjoy my training session also because he pushes me, but not too hard.
I go every morning about 4am or 6am. Always see smiling faces courteous employees also helpful. Ladies locker room is well maintained. Machines are readily available to me. My fiancée and I are very satisfied with X sports fitness.
I am a member because I enjoy being able to go at zero dark thirty 7 days week should I feel the need for therapy. What else is there to say?
I joined this gym over a year ago... this logan square location do need some work, not only updated equipment but better customer service... the lakeview and skokie location are probably my most favorite... this location is my home gym, but feel uncomfortable going some times because of the not so friendly staff..... its not everyone because there are some very friendly people that work here...
CSR are a joke not only at one location at all .

Denied a chance to use a 1 week try it pass because I was a member 5 years ago. Just wanted to see how busy it was when I wanted to work out to see if it was worth a years commitment. Looking into other gyms.
Worst. Gym. Ever. They only care about removing your hard earned money from your pocket. The trainers don't re-rack the weights, the staff generally does not care, and overall, the place is a s***hole. How anyone can rate this gym with 5 stars in beyond my comprehension. Join the "Y", join Planet Fitness. Just do yourself a favor and do not join this gym. Unless, of course, you like donating your money to a bunch of douche bags.
