UPDATE: Mike from headquarters called me a few days after I wrote my original review. He expressed that they are making adjustments based on consumer feedback. He apologized for the run around and offered to cancel my membership via email. 5 stars for that interaction. ORIGINAL REVIEW: RUN in the opposite direction of this gym. Their cancellation process is RIDICULOUS. You need to send a physical letter to their headquarters, or cancel in person Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Bad customer service and every time I park in the garage it seems to be my car, that's in great shape, gets hit. Just had my rear quarter panel repainted and fixed and someone just scraped all the paint right off, no note or anything. No help from Xsport either. Should have cameras in this crappy garage just saying!
So they need to move some of the equipment out of studio 1. It's a pain in ass when there is a class and want , but can't get something out of studio 1. I'm so sick of it.
Punch of liers. They advertise "7 days" free guess in the mall and have you sign the agreement on month to month membership instead of "paper work for membership key." To cancell for full refund, you have to go to their gym for at least 10 days which they did not tell you. So i got charged for a month membership and an enrollment fee to try out their "free 7 days pass." To cancell the membership i have to write a letter to a PO box not what they told me in the beginning that "return the membership key to cancell." And you ca... read more
Pretty decent gym. Favorite location in Chicago. Pro's Decline bench Clean facility Db's go past 100lbs Cons Not enough squat racks 2 leg press machines( 1 conventional) 1 hack squat machine Overall, a great gym.
This location has gone down the toilet, they let drug addicts and homeless people in overnight.locker room smells like a outhouse,they never cut locks off,.this place is in need of new management
I LOVE this location compared to all the others. The layout is perfect, except some new equipment upstairs would be great ;)
