Due to the pandemic, I have decided to cancel my membership. I cancelled it online or at least I thought I did. This month I got a bill from xsport even though they are closed. To cancel it asks for a delivered certified letter..... this is unacceptable for such a large company. They are making it difficult for members and are charging them even though we can’t use the gym. I’m very disappointed and will be using a different gym when gyms reopen.

Xsport has refused to honor my doctors not that I submitted while I was pregnant and on exercise restriction. I tried to put my membership on hold and after 8 people I still don’t have a membership and I lost personal training sessions. They take your money and have the worst customer service! It is a shame because I thought they had a good product but they aren’t into keeping customers around!
spacious, newer equipment vs their other locations, why? it may have something to do with community enrichment? They should all have the same equipment absolutely no excuses!
Love working out at the Logan location however you all should order a bit more fruit as you always seem to be out when I want a specific shake. A bit disappointing

Go to Zumba on Tuesday night. instructor Melva is great. 8pm. Fun and energetic moves ☺️💪🏾
