Always liked that gym. Good customer service too. Good weights, hot tubs always clean.
Xit instructors get it done and reward the class with unexpected shake shots or energy bar slices after an especially hard session from time to time-nothing detractable here. Reading some of the comments I can relate to the front desk difficulties in some locations and the bathroom can use more paper towels during peak hours. Maybe they're trying to save some trees? When it comes to working out � it's always good to go around 10:30 at night. I'm able to have everything I need to myself, love it!
Always filthy locker rooms and poorly maintained workout floor. Lazy staff sitting up front waiting for special needs worker to show up and clean.
I loved the gym. I liked all of the different branches that I worked out at for varying reasons. However for some reason, even though I was a member for over five years, I cannot find someone competent enough to cancel my membership and discontinue being billed. Makes me think you are a shady company. Cancelled at Downers Grove.
