I was out of town for a week and needed a gym so I tried this one and I extremely recommended it to anyone, they are a great and very corruptive gym they have alot of equipment and great atmosphere as well I'd tell everyone to try this gym and when I ever come back I'll forsure be coming back
I love LA Fitness! The Cypress club is always clean and the general manager Christian gave us a wonderful tour and described all of the club amenities. What a great deal. The equipment is new, clean and the facility is nice. I love all the classes too. LA Fitness is so much better than the other club chains around. We love it!
GM is super nice and eager to help. Front desk and “director of PT” - not so much. Been waiting on a call for over a week... guess they don’t want to take my money. Been a loyal member to LA Fitness for over 13 years and have never had someone turn down a sale and be so disrespectful in the process of doing so. Kinda insane.

I was so tempted to buy a 2 year membership, first wanted to give the 7 day guest pass a try , but when I went to the south Harlem location I was told I can't because I own a trucking business in another state and have an out of state commercial drivers driver's license.

Their personal trainer doesn't respect client's physical limitation and hurt them. New manager Carlo admitted being transferred there because of many issues like this happening there, but even though is their responsability for being incompetent, they don't want to waive the 50% fee for cancelllation of service. My boyfriend and I have been working out here for three weeks now. He is a bodybuilder and I've finally chosen to get in shape. I work from early morning to late in the evening and because we lift different amounts, he does his work out first, then instructs me. Because we are dating, I do not pay him. Can you tell me how often the pool gets cleaned ? There is a lot of “dirt” on the bottom of the pool !! Looks like sand. I know a lot of people use the pool and I know they are always checking the chlorine. But the “sand” in the bottom is disgusting !!
