The gym sucks. Just like all the other commercial gyms.
Cleaner than other gyms. The customer service is awesome!!!
Extremely tight space upstairs since adding the new studio. Equipment has been removed to accommodate the new space and the remaining equipment is too close. You now work out on top of eachother. Not to mention, it's gone downhill in the past year regarding cleanliness. I'm in the market for a new gym in the North Downers Grove area. I can pay less monthly for better accommodations.
The facility is nice and having a personal trainer has been really helpful. But I won't recommend the spa center to anyone.
