Sport fitness center is one great place to workout.
Beautiful gym with a great staff. I had an issue and they worked with me to resolve it and I really appreciate it!

Management needs to lay off Matt Leonidas. Just because other fellow employees don't do their work, or no shows, it doesn't mean they dumped everything on him!!!
I like the Downers Grove facility for the simple fact they have a steam and Sauna room, but they are so full of shit. They hound you to get a membership and make you pay hundreds of dollars to sign up but you're limited to certain things. How come the person I bring as a guest can't do the same things I do? If it's liability you can just do a small fee for like 5 dollars for guests to do the same things as the members. I don't know. It just seems unfair to me.
Used to go here all the time three years ago. Back then the gym was usually a little dirty but the men's locker room was always clean which I appreciated. I just moved back to the area and this place is gross. The men's locker room looks like they never clean it. I lived in a frat house before and I would happy go back to that pigpen before I go back here. In the market for a new gym.
Loved the place! Travel a lot with work and this is one of the better ones
