Customer service here is terrible. they let people who don't have memberships come in as they please and harasse the people that do. I've been stopped upteen times as well as a few other people I know. They have too much change over in staff and it shows. I rarely go here any more.
Basketball court not clean at all. Very slippery and barely swept. Overall very friendly environment.
I knew after how bad the express location was that it was a bad idea to "upgrade" facilities. Customer service is just as bad but now I get to pay more money for it
It's nice and everything but I hate it around 5 to 7 o'clock it's super packed you can't even get to the free wights ...
I think it's a pretty good Gym, I do mostly swimming and stretching exercises for golf. All in all I like it. I also go for the smoothies haha!
